Built Around a Forged Aluminum Chassis

The Z27 chassis and swingarm are constructed from No. 6061 T4 and T6 aluminum and forged under 3,000 tons of pressure. This process creates a rigid, durable platform designed to remain stable under acceleration, hard braking, jumps, and uneven terrain. A baked-paint finish adds long-lasting protection while giving the bike a clean, premium appearance.
