At Torque Rides, we’re proud to ship our premium e-bikes and accessories to customers around the globe. Whether you’re in North America, Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, or beyond – we’ve got you covered.
Order Processing Time
We work hard to process and ship every order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed earlier in the day have a better chance of shipping the same day.
You’ll find real-time availability and estimated ship dates on each product page, in your shopping cart, and in your order confirmation email.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer fast standard shipping with estimated delivery times based on your location:

Business days are Monday–Friday. Weekends and holidays are not included in shipping estimates.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers including UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure reliable and trackable delivery for every order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with carrier-specific tracking information within 24 hours. You can track your delivery every step of the way.
Shipping Changes & Address Updates
If you need to change your shipping address or request an intercept after your order has shipped, a $10 service fee may apply – this covers the fee charged by the carrier.
PO Box Deliveries
We ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Please allow 1–2 additional business days for processing. Some oversized items may not be eligible for PO Box delivery – we’ll contact you if this applies to your order.
E-Bike Shipping
Torque Rides e-bikes are shipped directly to your door with secure, professional packaging. All e-bike orders include tracking and shipping insurance for your peace of mind.
International Orders – Customs & Duties
Good news: Torque Rides covers all import taxes and customs duties on your order. What you see at checkout is exactly what you pay – no hidden fees, no surprise charges.
Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or DHL depending on your location. Please allow 1–5 additional business days for international order processing.
Oversized Items
Oversized items are clearly identified during checkout. These ship via ground services and may have extended delivery timelines.
Delivery & Signature Requirements
Most orders are left at your door without requiring a signature. However, some vendor-direct shipments may require a signature upon delivery. If you have specific delivery preferences, please contact us before placing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Torque Rides ships all orders with shipping insurance to protect your purchase. If your package is lost or stolen during transit, we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. If the claim is approved, we’ll promptly send a replacement.
Please note: Torque Rides is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. We recommend tracking your shipment and ensuring someone is available to receive it.
