Race-Ready Out of the Box
I’ve been following the eMoto race scene for a while. The Tork team keeps podiuming against bikes with way higher power ratings. That got my attention.
The Pro Sport is 150 lbs. That’s the whole story. It’s light enough to throw into corners, light enough to pick up when you dump it, and light enough that the 16.8kW actually feels violent. Power is rated at the wheel, not the motor, so there’s no drivetrain loss. Direct drive, no belt, no jackshaft. Just motor, gear reduction, rear wheel. 0-30 in 2 seconds. 65 mph top speed. Range is 70-100 miles depending on how you ride. I get about 50-55 miles of hard trail riding. Charges in 3.5 hours from 20-90%.
The HTW suspension is custom valved for speed. The faster you go, the better it works. It’s stiff at low speed but comes alive when you’re pushing. Stock tires are decent. The seat is firm. But for a race-ready bike out of the box, this thing is a steal. Torque Rides shipped it fast. Arrived in perfect condition.
